The Board members are to work closely with Ibadan Cultural Studies Group (ICSG), Faculty of Arts, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. Professors Ademola Dasylva and Okpeh O. Okpeh shall serve as Chairman and Secretary of the TOFAC Board, respectively. Being an annual rotating conference, the Board members are required to work out the details on

(a) modus operandi of the conduct of the maiden international conference,
(b) Appointment of keynote speaker(s)
(c) Possibility of fund sourcing
(d) subsequent conference theme(s)
(e) selection of subsequent venues for the next three conferences.
